2. The service
FontOdyssey is a free, account-free font discovery and download service operated by FontOdyssey at https://fontodyssey.com. Some fonts can be downloaded here; others link to the designer or publisher. Each font has its own license terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- break applicable law or violate another person’s rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or usage controls;
- introduce malware or use the service to distribute harmful material;
- misrepresent affiliation with the operator or use the service for deceptive activity.
4. Font files and licenses
Font files are provided under the license identified on the relevant font page or included with the download. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with that license before using, modifying, or redistributing a font.
5. Intellectual property
FontOdyssey, its software, branding, and original site content remain the property of FontOdyssey or its licensors. Font files and related names remain the property of their respective rights holders and licensors. These terms grant only a limited right to use the Service as provided.
6. Availability and changes
The Service may be changed, suspended, restricted to prevent misuse, or discontinued. The operator will use reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not legal or compliance advice. Font metadata and license information should be independently verified before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
